Overall very nice experience
Great location and close to everywhere. Affordable and spacious studio, good for living alone. Housing staff is helpful. Newly added gym is useful. Parking space is always available. Able to sublet during summer or exchange.

Good value for money
The building is old and although the maintenance is good, you can see it in the appliances and the bathroom specially. But the rent is affordable, it is well located and management is very responsive.

Great value
A very economical choice. It's also much better than I previously thought. The management is very active. We've just got a new gym downstairs, too.

Good for the price
Although it is not new, and have less amenities compared to newer buildings, 1500 is Good. Location is perfect for me.

Great value!
Lots of other Northwestern students in the building. Great rooftop/bbq space when weather permits. Not an inherent social spot like E2 or Optima, but with work you can create a social community.
