Comparing the building to other similars (ParkEvanston, Evanston Place and Centrum), you have great amenities for very similar price.

Expensive but really enjoy living here

The internet is trash - it frequently goes in and out. Otherwise, it's a pretty good building. Nice common area and closer to campus than other options

I decided to make my life easy by choosing to live in E2. It was a great decision. Full of Kellogg students, convenient for group meetings, walk to campus and has all the amenities you could need. It is a little farther from downtown and the closest alternative is probably Centrum where you are right downtown. But E2 is an easier walk to the Hub which makes a big difference in my opinion. Management is average but maintenance is great for any issues.

Very expensive for what I'm getting and have had trouble getting responses from the management team.

The best thing about E2 is that so many people live there it's so easy to get people to visit and come to you. I think especially because it gets cold that's important.

That said, it is probably not the nicest or the cheapest building. It is just the most convenient.

E2 has great amenities and is a modern building. Sometimes dealing with management can take longer than necessary, so please be aware of that. At times, an elevator will break down which makes it tough to get up and down floors with fewer operational elevators.

I love living in E2. Great apartments, great closet space, but terrible bathroom setup/storage. The gym is also very limited. I wish the apartments were a bit cheaper, but I enjoy the social aspect of the building and the amenities it provides.

Internet problems especially in common areas but our unit had it's issues addressed. Ammenities are nice but you have to pay to rent common spaces. Clean modern and staff is generally pretty helpful. Maintenance is always quick.
