Management and Quality

Poorly maintained apartments, poor management, wrong demographic of residents if you want a young community

Very, very convenient for Emory students due to shuttle access to campus. This is the most social location to live in because a lot of people choose to live here.

Pretty good

MAA is a beautiful location to be in, especially if you prefer being away from the main city and close to campus. It's a gated community with the shuttle stop right outside the complex. It's a bit on the pricier side, so having a couple roommates is better option than living alone.

Good apartment

Apartment is great. Clean and up to date. Trash bins are are far, though, so that’s the only bummer.

Close to Emory, but not great management

It is on the Executive Park Emory Shuttle Line
No breed restrictions, which is great if you have a breed that many complexes ban (e.g., German Shepherd, Staffy, Pitbull, etc.)
Great pool, gym is meh

Other apartments have nicer finishes. Even though they are more expensive, they have more timely maintenance and fewer management issues

Very nice neighborhood property close to University

Big complex with many buildings, Gated environment, safe for families in a very residential area of town and easy access to Emory University with University shuttles and Atlanta Public Marta Bus. Has pool and tennis courts

Awesome Spot

Love this spot! Spacious apartment, gym is solid, having access to multiple pools is great, very nice neighborhood mix of young adults, students, families, and seniors. Scenery is good. Feel price is VERY reasonable, especially for having a roommate. I think even adding all my costs to my rent it cost of living is still only about $1.1k to $1.2k per month. Management staff can be slow but is generally solid. Having to take trash across the entire complex is not ideal. Buildings and appliances can be on the older side but for the most part they work well enough

It's an open area with trees. Very close to Emory campus as well as the Toco Hills plaza (Kroger, Publix, many restaurants). Further down Clairmont at the intersection with North Decatur road, there's another Publix as well as some other restaurants in the plaza.

Golden Drop Cafe--which has outdoor seating incase the pandemic is still uncontrolled when you read this--is just 3 min. down the road. Mason Mill Park, which has tennis courts, a pavillion, and walking trails, is also very near.
The neighborhood is pretty safe and quiet. We are also close to a number of grocery stores. There isn't much entertainment around though if you're looking for that.
Nearby Emory, has shuttles, and very safe. It is also an easy drive to midtown if you have a car. Great experience overall.
Quiet neighborhood, mostly Jewish community. Great neighbors and close to many businesses (restaurants, grocery stores)
This isn't a neighborhood, so no experience to speak of. It's an apartment complex off of the highway with office buildings all around it. I wouldn't say it's family friendly, but it's conveniently located for a student. I didn't want to be around all of my classmates constantly (at Post) so this creates some distance where you can be more choosy about which events you attend.
A lot of neighborhoods, grocery stores and restaurants. Not the cutest area to walk around in.
Many supermarkets, stores, restaurants in the neighborhood
Very convenient access to restaurants & shopping. Close to campus and lots of other students in the area. Not the trendiest or most walkable neighborhood but a great location for first year students.
