Recommendation for sedona slate
Sedona locates in Rosslyn, so it is very convenient.
The rent is reasonable, and the management team is responsive.
The only concern is the room is not big and the wall is not thick.
But overall, the experience is very well.

Nice, new building. Close to campus.
I've lived here for four years now and don't really have any complaints. The main downside is the price. On the plus side, it's modern, has all the amenities you need, and it's a great location for Georgetown students.

Convenient but a bit pricey. Look for deals!
I haven't really had any issues at the apartment. Front desk attendants are ok, some are really cool. Package notification is quick as is maintenance. My only gripe, which might just be due to the location, is that the finishings are very poor for the price - no granite, loose finishings, and average appliances. Nightlife is also very minimal as most of the area is commercial. Grocery shopping is mediocre with an express Target and Safeway, but it will be a hike if you like Whole Foods or Trader Joes. The benefit is that it is a short walk to the GUTS shuttle and to Rosslyn Metro.

Sedona Slate
Couldn't be happier with my choice. Brand new apartment building with amazing amenities (large fitness center, rooftop pool, resident's lounge), convenient parking acess, and lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. There is a Target and a Starbucks right across the street, convenient access to multiple transit lines.

Expensive for what it offers
The apartment is good. It has high ceiling and a lot of space to for storage. The management is very good and you will have all the attention you want. It is near from the GUTS, Rosslyn subway and lots of markets and grocery stores. The weak side of the building is that the infrastructure is not good. Everyday after some time, the shower starts to run out of hot water and after is done it takes a long time to come back. The walls are too thin and I can hear my neighbors talking as if they were inside my apartment. I would not mind these details If I was not paying what I pay for this apartment. I am moving when my contract is over because I think I can find better value for the money here in Rosslyn.

Rosslyn Reviews
However, this has been a business district for ages. There is very little going on around here and many of the restaurants don’t even open on the weekends. But, that’s changing. So stay tuned! (Also, I like living in Virginia because my vote counts for more here!)
