Nice, close to campus, beach and groceries stores. The surroundings are nice and great for kids.

Location Location Location

This building is in an amazing location in Evanston. If you don't want to live in the city, but want something similar, this is the place. Outside Chicago, but still has some of the conveniences of the suburbs. It is also by Metra lines and the Purple CTA so getting into the city for work or pleasure is simple.

1700 Hinman Avenue

Great building for families, the apartments are very big, close to the university campus, the beach, supermarkets, daycare, etc.
I live with my wife and two kids and I couldn't have chosen another better option.

Good apartment and well located

3rd floor apartment in Hinman Avenue, building with elevator, very big spaces inside, totally recommendable for students coming with their families.

Does not have good windows... Heater is expensive but controlled in each unit
Covered and heated parking
