Affordable and convenient
One of the more affordable buildings in Hyde Park. Right across the street from the produce market, CVS and liquor store. Bus stop on the corner will take you straight to the law school (or other parts of campus). Modern appliances, lots of closet space. MAC Properties is very responsive to maintenance requests. Cons: not a luxury building with elevators or a concierge. The buzzer system is permanently broken, so if you have a guest you have to run down and let them in. UPS packages will be left outside in the courtyard.
