Good Value in River North
My Fiance and I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and it is a good value for the location we're living in. We're both close to work and family. The building and management is great. The gym is definitely on the smaller end but the pool and outdoor area are great. Our rent includes Internet service.

Amazing Apartment next to Hubbard
The apartment is really good with a great view. It is next to Hubbard street which is really happening and a lot of food joints near by. The maintenance is really good and people are helpful. Gym and sundeck are not that great. But in summers it is nice.
