Centric Location Near MARTA

The apartment is nothing special but is not in bad condition. The biggest issue is black particles in the tap water at times. The location is great to hop on MARTA. Not very convenient for Emory Students.

Location is Everything

This building isn't as close to campus as others, but it's near great restaurants, bars, and clubs. Also close to Buckhead, 85, and Midtown. The apartments have newer appliances, hardwood floors, and a pool open year round.

Never want to leave

The grounds are beautiful. The gym is great. I've never had an issue with noise from a neighbor. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous and it's a good price for the location and size. Huge closets and master bathroom. I love all the palm trees and the pool.

nice but pricey

I enjoy it but it's quite pricey. Very close to Marta, buckhead and morning side. However, neighbors complain below about vacuuming and other noises, which are just kind of silly seeing how you share a ceiling and a floor. Management sends noise complaints for this.

Think Twice before moving here....

We have had a few recent apartment break-ins, so the neighborhood is not as attractive as it use to be. A rat ran off of the elevator and cockroaches have been seen in the hallways a little more often than I would like. For the cost of living at this complex, I do not think the money is worth the property value. I have had multiple maintenance requests for pests and the washing machine/dryer and clogged drains. I now hate apartments- it's definitely ready for home ownership now!

Nice but too expensive

The apartments are nice. I like the three bedroom layout but my bedroom has the smallest closest imaginable. The master suite is extra nice, but the other rooms are the best layout or very big. I love the granite countertops and the wood floors. The driveway to the garage is very narrow and can be congested easily. There are always problems with the gate to get into the garage. Overall i feel safe, but the apartments are crazy expensive, only because brand new apartments are being built around us.

Getting around Buckhead

Buckhead Reviews

Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Pros: Great neighborhood for young professionals. A ton of very good restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, etc. Also a huge variety of each of these.

Cons: Noisy and tons of traffic.
Seems like a fairly safe area when compared to other areas of Atlanta. There are many great restaurants and stores/shopping available. It can be loud, and traffic can be a nightmare.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
