Heating and cooling here is expensive because the apartment doesn’t hold the temperature steady.

So Far So Good
After living at Hampton Point for just over a month I don't have anything very bad to say. The management and office workers were great through the entire process of preparing the lease and getting everything signed from long distance and have been very helpful and attentive. When we first moved in we do wish the apt was a bit more detailed cleaned but for the most part it was a very smooth move in process and we have so far enjoyed living here. Very quite neighbors.
