Good value
This building isn't anything particularly fancy - it's a pretty basic, apartment building. But the prices are very competitive for Bethesda - particularly for apartments with washer/dryer included.
Management leaves a little to be desired - maintenance, while prompt, tends to go with the "cheapest fastest" option, resulting in, for instance, dishwashers that repeatedly break, microwaves that stop functioning, etc.
But in general, this is a solid building with good amenities, location for the price.
