The Avalon has a lot of great amenities and is close to work.

Great Location and Space
Location:
Close to the ACE1NQR trains, Columbus Circle, Times Square.
Space:
Lots of closet space, excellent doormen. Building has a gym and a pool. You can negotiate for free gym membership, there's also a nice social lounge and quiet lounge for work. Oh yea, also a sauna in the lockerroom.
The doormen are excellent, they know the residents very well and always have a smile on their faces to greet you. Service requests are responded within 24 hours as guaranteed.
