Open the pool!

Location is great and view is incredible. Looking forward to the pool opening. I was promised it would be open by early February and it is still under maintenance. Property Manager, Melissa, is unreasonable and upsets many of the residents. Parking is over priced and they nickel and dime you for petty stuff like trash removal, admin fee for trash removal, account set up for trash removal, fee to close out trash removal account, ect... The building is full of nice people though and it is pet friendly.

South Bay Club is in a fairly safe neighborhood. There are many stores, restaurants and bars located within a walking distance. It is also easy to find public transportation and/or cabs.

The construction in the area has been very difficult to deal with resulting in dirt and dust everywhere for the last three years!
