Love it here!
Great apartment in a great area. Would suggest looking for AAP/Affordable Dwelling Units vs. paying market rent. Will email Dean Rose Separately.

Great building, but expensive
Love my experience living here, we got a great deal when we first moved in (1.5 months rent off) which allowed us to afford the place - once that's gone, though, it'll be unaffordable. The building is nice, in a great location, and well-managed, but if you aren't taking advantage of the amenities or making a ton of money, it isn't worth it.

Great apartment
Perfect for a low-maintence couple, just enough space and in the best location around! We can walk to cafes in under 10 min. The area also makes me feel super super safe and the studio gets lots and lots of sunlight during the day through the wide windows

Convenient Living
I enjoy living here a lot. It's very close to a lot of the restaurants, and nightlife is great too. Perfect for young, single/ couples. people in my building are friendly and fun. It's great to see how this area is becoming better and more developed every day. Great community!

Outrageously overpriced, but nice area. Close to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods on P Street and close to all that U Street has to offer. Front desk staff is pretty lacking and they seem to go through multiple of them all the time. Pretty roughly managed as well.

Great place to live
14W is a great place to live. The location is fantastic - close to both U St. and the 14th Street Corridor - you can easily walk to numerous restaurants, parks, cafes, shops and parks. The building is only a few years old so the building is in great shape. The gym and roof deck are very nice amenities. If only there was a pool!

Great building and location, but pricey
I have lived at this building for 2 years. It's in an excellent location on 14th Street, near the U Street neighborhood. Sweetgreen, Kapnos, and the YMCA are right in the building, there's a CVS across the street and a Trader Joe's down the street. The roof is amazing with lots of chairs, tables and grills for barbecues. The views are great. My only complaint is the price. The apartment was actually a 1 Bedroom + Den. The den is as large as a normal bedroom and has closets but no window. The rent was expensive given that it wasn't a true 2-bedroom.
