Great building, amazing social experience
E2 is the place to be for Kellogg students - the apartments are very nice, the location is great, and it feels like an upscale adult dorm building. All the amenities are very nice and it's great to have an apartment that is so pet-friendly. Maintenance service is very fast as well.

E2
Love living in E2. Definitely a little pricier, but it's worth it to be near everyone. Facilities are great and staff is very responsive.

Great location and overall satisfied though quite pricy

Very big Kellogg Community here
I am definitely overpaying for rent but for me it was worth it to be close to other Kellogg students

Where everything is happening!
Not the absolute nicest apartment in Etown but with so many Kellogg students it’s the place to be. Great indoor basketball courts and gym facilities and of course the pool in the summer is great!

Amazing if you're looking for a very social Kellogg building!
I LOVE living at E2 because it is such a social hub for Kellogg. It is so easy to run over to friends' rooms and also I love running into other Kellogg students around the building. The building is nice and most of the amenities are great - only minor complaint is that the gym could be bigger, but all in all I love it!

Expensive, but worth it for grad school experience
E2 is similar to other luxury apartments in Evanston / similar buildings in other cities. The units have updated appliances, nice floors, good light and plenty of storage/space. I really like my apartment, but the cost is higher than I expected moving to Evanston. However, my rent is in line with other new buildings in the area and you are paying for the convenience of living close to school and close to other students. Maintenance is very responsive to requests and the doormen are all fantastic. I have a dog and there is an easy patch of grass around the back for quick bathroom breaks (unfortunately none of the buildings in Evanston actually have a dog park). I was a little worried about noise being in such a popular grad student building, but haven't had any issues so far!

E2 Kellogg
While things go wrong in the building from time to time (e.g., internet outages), the building and amenities overall are great for Evanston. The staff is extremely responsive to issues that arise in specific apartments. Most Kellogg students also live here, which makes it easier to socialize in the cold winter months without leaving the building.
