Fits the bill

For the price, which is a little high, it is very reasonable. They do a pretty good job of fixing what is broken and providing amenities.

Don’t live here!

I had a horrible experience here. My apartment flooded and my stuff was ruined and I received no compensation or even an offer of something. I had people in and out of my room working on the situation (unannounced) for 2 months. Overall this place is just a bad place to live.

Studio Space

Expensive. Great location. AWFUL management service and staff: incredibly unhelpful staff and often lots of maintenance issues. Water has been turned off multiple times this semester.

Convenient Apartment Building

Most of the residents that live here are still undergrads, so it can get loud late at night any night of the week. The space is nice, but it was not very clean when I moved in. It is in an ideal location because it is a 5 minute walk to campus and a 10 minute walk to the rail station. I some maintenance problems when I moved in, but management took care of it within 48 hours.

Getting around University Park

University Park Reviews

The neighborhood is nice and quiet! It is 10 minutes from downtown, and a less than 30 minutes from the closest hikes. There are many single-family homes and parks nearby, which makes for a nice place to walk with friends or your dog. It would be nice to have more food options nearby, but it is within delivery range of many places and is a quick drive to food as well!
Walking distance to campus, but not as many places to eat, drink, or shop in walking distance. Need to drive to get to grocery stores, pharmacies, most restaurants/bars, etc. Observatory Park is close by, which is great for picnics and throwing a ball around when the weather is good.
Super close to DU and everything surrounding DU. Also a nice midway between DTC and downtown for possibly commute to work. Apartment family friendly? No. Pet friendly? No. Safe? Apartments are safe. Parking garage and bikes are not.
I love the area. It is close to campus, transit, and restaurants. The only problem is that because of how close it is to campus there are always a lot of undergrads and it can get noisy on the weekends.
The neighborhood is wonderful. There are some fraternity/soroity houses in the area that make a bit of noise, but I haven't found it overly irritating.
This complex is close to a few college houses which can be loud at times, but other than that the area is great.
Very walkable but not much in it other than houses. But nice houses to look at. A few nice parks in the area
Live across from DU so there are lots of lights and people at night.
