Best amenities I could find
The complex is like a little neighborhood which is cool! Super dog friendly (even though I don't have one, I see people with dogs all over). A little pricey, but you definitely get your money's worth.

Good amenities and apartments, slow maintenance
The Bell Flatirons has great amenities, including multiple pools, a walking trail around a lake, basketball courts, and a well-stocked gym. The apartments are spacious with fairly new amenities, including in-unit washers and dryers. The price is expensive, though that is par for the course in this area. Maintenance does a good job with repairs, but sometimes you have to wait weeks and contact them multiple times to get them to complete a repair.

A Solid Choice for a Law Student
I've had a good experience with the Bell Flatirons. The apartments are well maintained and maintenance has been responsive. Each unit has a washer/dryer and all the appliances are up to date. The gym is sufficient and there is a lake with a walking trail onsite, which is fun! The rent is expensive, but that is par for the course for this area.

Pretty Solid
decent community. management decently responsive. a bit pricey. parking a bit difficult to find at times if more than one car. about 15 min from campus by car. bus a bit of a walk away.

Meets our needs
With 3 people in a two bedroom, parking is the WORST. We have one garage affiliated with the property but the other two of us are forced to park on the street if we come home after 7. The maintenance is prompt and efficient. The apartment meets our needs but it is clear in some ways that it was built quickly (kitchen drawers bump into each other, carpet is cheap, walls are uneven and thin). This is a convenient place for law students, relatively cost-effective, and the neighborhood is nice and family-friendly, but I'm not blown away or anything.

Overall solid
Generally, we have been treated quite well. There have been some moments of frustration with management either inadequately training their front-line employees or deliberately keeping them uninformed so that they can't exert anything resembling decision-making authority. Other than those, we have been satisfied with what we have gotten for the money we pay.
