Big and Spacious but Poor Management

This apartment is very spacious with a gym and security at the front desk. Management could be more accommodating with apartment issues, but otherwise okay. In a central location in Philly, close to Reading Terminal Market, Old City, Rittenhouse Square, and Center City Philly.

LOVE the Warehouse Apartments

Living at 9 N. 9th St. for the past year has been great! Attached parking lot right outside the building was a must for me, as I live in the city but work outside the city, and it is very nice to come home from work with my own assigned parking spot! Plus the location could not be better. Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean w/ high ceilings!

Spacious floor plans with room for many furniture items. Having high ceilings makes the apartment feel even larger. Can't beat the location either because you are a block from Chinatown, a block from Jefferson SEPTA station and two blocks from Reading Terminal (the best food eva). Also, if you can get an apartment facing west, you'll have an amazing skyline view!

Warehouse Apartments

Enjoyed living here, but I think it was too much money for what was given to us.

Great apartment building

Have lived here for 6 years. Great location. Doorman building with elevators (including a freight elevator making it easy to move in). Super close to Patco & Septa, which makes for an easy commute. Lots of wonderful restaurants within close walking distance. They have reserved parking spaces available if you need it (costs extra). The maintenance guys are the best! Washer/dryer in each unit.

Spacious and close to public transit, but could use a few updates

The Warehouse Apartments are located close to the Market-Frankford Line, and is a short 6 minute ride to 34th Street Station. It's a bit expensive, but the apartment is large with very high ceilings (after all, it's a former warehouse). There's quite a bit of construction and revitalization occurring in this area, so it's loud sometimes, but the other residents are relatively quiet. There's a doorman to accept packages. I'm pretty happy here. My apartment doesn't have much sunlight, although the windows are large (and only single-paned)! They're pet-friendly with only a $250 one-time pet deposit. The kitchen could use updating as well as some of the hardwood floors. I've lived here for the first two years of law school and will likely stay during my third year.
