Great place to live!
Perhaps the best thing about Portico (as one would expect from the name) is it's proximity to the Silver Spring Metro. I'm able to save a bit of money by not living in DC proper, but I still don't need a car and my commute to work is very public transit friendly. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and the building itself is really nice.
