Quiet and safe
We have been living in this apartment for three years now. Our apartment faces the courtyard, which is quiet and lovely (well, most of the times... there are some kids who love running and shouting in the courtyard in the afternoon). I love the unassigned parking garage. The location is great. It is next to a huge bus stop and 2 minutes to the red line metro station. The gym is disappointing, though!

Awesome!
Hidden Gem! Great value for a beautiful apartment. Other residents are happy and management is wonderful. No regrets! We live very close to the metro and numerous grocery stores. New restaurants and lots of shopping around us. Also great running and hiking trails. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Quiet and convenient apartment building, somewhat far from city
My wife and I moved into Strathmore Court at White Flint a year and a half ago. We picked it because it is conveniently located next to the White Flint Metro, offers decent amenities (including free parking in its garage), and had good reviews of the management from tenants. It is pricier than we would prefer, but we haven't had any hassles with the building, the management, or the other tenants in our time there. The apartment is what you might expect of a managed, one-bedroom flat, but SC was a little more spacious than many other units we saw. The neighborhood is something of a strip mall, but it's convenient for shopping. The only downside is the distance from work and school--the commute to the city will take 30-60 minutes (and sometimes more when there's single-tracking on the Red Line) depending on where you need to be.
