Best place to live

This is a great complex! They are student friendly and the area is absolutely gorgeous. It's nestled right next to a pond and have long walkways that is good if you like nature and fresh air. The location is about 30 min in any direction. So 30 minutes from the city and if you drive 30 to 40 min from silver spring and Arlington. It is a family neighborhood

Love 10201 Grosvenor Place

Everything is included! There is a pool, a gym, indoor parking, ALL utilities included except for cable and internet. Only downside is that you have to pay for laundry but it is super cheap and there are a ton of units so it takes maybe an hour total to do and $3. Management and staff are great!!!
