"affordable" at a tradeoff, but close to campus

Woodbridge 1 (no washer/dryer and older bldg) is the same price but is inferior to Woodbridge 2. Have had problems with Xfinity internet as soon as I moved in. Bugs somehow enter the apartment despite all doors/windows being closed. Recent renovations = lipstick on a pig to justify their "luxury" pricing. Infrastructure is really old for their ~$1.33/SF pricing. Dumpy parking lots with low-income residents are not ideal for students. Management is nice but with their 120 day required notice to inform if leaving, their reputation is to immediately neglect you and be 2-faced.

Pros: Free parking. Gas range. Small fenced deck/patio and outdoors storage closet for all units. Management has been responsive so far.

Pretty Good Apartment

The apartment is pretty good overall and recently renovated, but it can get kind of loud and I have been having some bug issues.

Moving in May

I have had three different neighbors on the right side of my townhouse, including one that threatened my dog's safety. The office staff is very frigid, and asking them for anything is reacted to like it was a Herculean task.

They also opted to threaten to tow my car for "expired plates" rather than tell me they thought my plates were expired (they were granted an extension because my car is registered in Illinois, and frankly I don't think they had any standing to tow my car at that point). They are not the best people to work with, though their maintenance staff is super, super nice.

I'm moving in May because they are raising rent.

Convenient and Low rent

Woodbridge has a community type residences, has a bus stop near by (about 5 min walk) and the Campus Shuttle drops you just outside of Kelley. Very convenient and easy on the pocket compared to downtown residences.
