- the amenities are nice
- the facility itself is clean and the grounds are well kept
- the community is gated and it's been pretty safe

Summit Hills is decent, but it seems far from the city, even though it really isn't.

If only something this price existed in DC
It's been great living here. I just wish it was closer to work. I'm paying $700 for EVERYTHING! It's amazing.
