It's conveniently located in a young-adult neighborhood

I like it. Although a bit dated and lacking in amenities. It's well priced for the neighborhood. U St is a bustling area with a lot of young professional which is nice. Also, it is not too far from Dupont which is very convenient. I wish the metro was a bit closer.

Nice place to live

The management company is very reasonable, none of those ridiculous "move in fees" and all trumped up charges that others use. They are also pretty accommodating with service requests, etc. The location is by far the best though.

I love living in Dupont/West End! I moved from NE DC and have loved getting to know NW better - very close to Dupont Metro (red line), walkable to necessaries such as CVS/market/Trader Joe's isn't far, and tons of restaurants around. From my pre-COVID experience, bar scene in Dupont is awesome. Once we're safer it'll be a blast again, but they've done a good job opening outdoor options for fun weekends! Nice to have a good mix of young professionals/students in the Dupont/WE area too.
Not as many restaurants/bars as other neighborhoods but prime access to Trader Joes/Whole Foods/Streets Market/CVS/Walgreens etc. which makes daily living very convenient.
Lots of fun things to do in a safe, affordable area - farmers market, restaurants. Easily biking or walking distance to GW and I bike to the VA!
Easy walk to GW Law campus, Dupont Circle, and White House. Yummy food, coffee, and drinks in the area.
Dupont Circle is a great neighborhood. It’s reasonably close to the GW campus, but I still feel like there’s some separation between my home and school lives. As for bars, restaurants, and shopping, you really can’t get much better than this! There’s so much to do just within 5 minutes of my apartment!
I don't think I could live anywhere else in DC. I live at the North side of Dupont Circle. I am blocks from 3 grocery stores, gyms, dry cleaners, and the metro. I also can easily walk to school or take a very quick bus. There are tons of restaurant and bar options in the neighborhood as well. The best thing about the North end of Dupont is it is a little quieter and more residential than the south side but you can very easily access the busier parts if you want. I also am a female that is living alone and have never felt unsafe.
I chose to move to Dupont because it is so close to my graduate school classes. It turns out, it is very centrally located and has great access to many different popular neighborhoods in DC. I have easy access to the red, orange, blue, and silver lines; plus, the Circulator makes it easy to get around too. There are certainly plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, several grocery stores nearby, and lots of options for exercise.
Great neighborhood. Very walkable, even at night I always feel safe. Usually lots of people out and about. Young community, lots of bars and some awesome restaurants. Farmers markets and outside concerts in the warm months. Easy access to foggy bottom metro (15min walk) and dupont metro (5 min walk). Lots of green space (rock creek park). Georgetown 20 min walk with great shopping. 20 min walk to AdMo with great restaurants/bars
