Great Price for Location
Really found a great deal, paid about $1100 for an apt just steps away from courthouse metro. Super easy for school and right on route 50 which was great since I have a car

As a Georgetown student, the location can’t be beat...especially at this price. Less than 10 min scooter from campus. Metro station a few blocks away.
However, this has been a business district for ages. There is very little going on around here and many of the restaurants don’t even open on the weekends. But, that’s changing. So stay tuned! (Also, I like living in Virginia because my vote counts for more here!)

Rosslyn is the place to live in DC if you study or work in Georgetown/Rosslyn. Good Connectivity to metro/bus, Good Coffee & food options. Safeway/Target/CVS in the neighborhood. Rosslyn Metro can take you wherever you want to go for Party/work. The only thing i don't like is the expensive rent.
Really nice and quiet at night, because it's primarily an office area. Great fast casual food options that are go-to places for people on their lunch break. Very clean and safe.
This is the quiet part! Clarendon, one stop away, has a good nightlife. There is food all through Rosslyn, Courthouse, and Clarendon. I love living in Arlington!
Calm, Safe, Close to Metro, not very far from Whole Foods, Organic Mom, Fairly good restaurants nearby.
Lots of restaurants, bars nearby, close to school.
My building is a 5-10 minute walk away from both Rosslyn and Clarendon, which are really fun areas for food, shopping, and just wandering around in. I know there are some people that don't super love walking that far, but I've never minded. The Prime is right across the street from an AMC which is delightfully convenient, and has a couple of nice restaurants nearby. It's also adjacent to the Arlington Courthouse, which means there's a large police presence in the area. That's always made me feel safer, but I also know that it can make people feel uncomfortable.
The neighborhood is extremely safe and well-lit - you will never feel scared walking home at night or anything like that. You will be walking distance to Safeway and Target. There are also plenty of casual restaurants and coffee shops: Panera, Starbucks, Cosi, Chop't (salads), Sweetgreen (salads), Little Beet (healthy food), District Taco. The Rosslyn Metro and DC Circulator are in this neighborhood and can take you anywhere in DC that you need to go. The Rosslyn GUTS bus is also right near the Metro stop and takes you to the Georgetown campus.
