I'm happy to live here
This apartment building is a good choice if you just want a clean, comfortable place to live in a great location at a good value. Management lives on site and is very responsive. The renovated units have nice fixtures and appliances, including ductless AC/heating units that do a good job with the temperature. Downsides are that it is an older building with a tiny old elevator and thin walls. Also there are no amenities/common spaces and the building does not allow pets. However, I think the positives and the value outweigh these negatives, so I'm happy to live here.

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
