Great Place for Students
It's a great place for students within walking distance of GA Tech. They have weekly events so you get to meet people and it keeps you from feeling alone. They offer individual leases and roommate matching which makes it nice if you are moving from out of state and don't know anyone. The leases run with the school term (August through July) so be prepared for that.
