Living on Connecticut in The Connecticut

The Connecticut is a great place to live. Filled with young professionals and families, this friendly building has a lot to offer! The building, tucked off the main road down it's own driveway, was completely redone in 2005. It comes with with a 24 hr concierge, secured entries, a fitness center, and an amazing rooftop pool with grilling area. It is a 5 minute walk to 2 metro stations, Cleveland Park and Van Ness on the redline, and is just a ten minute walk to the National Zoo! The neighborhood also offers a wide range of dining, shopping, and nightlife options in both Van Ness and Cleveland Park. The units themselves are costly, as they come with many amenities and upgraded appliances, but all in all, very worth it.
