Good place to live

Awesome! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Very family oriented community. Lots of diversity and amenities. Quiet, nice area. Schools are close and really good. They have a nice pool. The apartment inside is so spacious and lots of storage room.

Solid option in the heart of Harbor East

Spinnaker Bay is a great option for housing in Baltimore. As a couple who recently moved to the area Spinnaker is a great building to get to know the city and other residents around us. They have great programming (i.e. cupcake making for Valentine's day, etc.) that provides opportunities for interaction with other residents as well as a great business center, gym and pool!

Best place to live

This is one of the prime location in baltimore to live in, the neighborhood is most safe and upscale with lot's of shops and fine restaurants, a cute movie theater, starbucks, wholefood completes it.
The waterfront promenade also makes it great for those who want's to run

Nice

Best place to live in Baltimore, everything is nice around here. All walking by including whole foods, Starbucks, movie theater a gym and hotels. it's 1 of the safest place in baltimore to live in, people around here so nice and security is outstanding

The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. People are so friendly. You can walk your dog. It’s very safe and Neighboors will usually look out for you.
