1300 Social Club
Perfect place to rent, would never buy. The monthly maintenance fees are insane for a building with no amenities and there are a few owners that have multiple units and use them as cash cows and therefore kind of run the building. There used to be storage in the basement, not anymore. Has become a lot of AirBnb

South Bay Club is in a fairly safe neighborhood. There are many stores, restaurants and bars located within a walking distance. It is also easy to find public transportation and/or cabs.
Noisy but safe, close to bars/restaurants. Can walk around a lot.

The construction in the area has been very difficult to deal with resulting in dirt and dust everywhere for the last three years!
