Fairly nice place to live

6 management rating Reviewed by on

If you want to live in the city then this is not the place for you. These apartments are technically in Philadelphia but they are in a more residential area. That being said, the area is not necessarily that safe. Although it is quieter than being in the city, there's still crime that happens nearby basically every day.

One thing I really like about this apartment is the safety fob features. However, they recently stopped having 24/7 concierge service, which makes me feel less safe. Other than that, the apartment is really secure.

I love my apartment unit itself. The appliances are brand new. The space is huge and you will get so much space for the money you pay. The floor plan is beautiful and I really love the apartment unit itself. The apt also has a downstairs study area which is great for students, and a gym which is very convenient. There is also a free coffee/hot chocolate machine. Maintenance staff is very helpful and addresses problems quickly. The leasing office sort of ignores emails sometimes, but they are in Mon-Sat so if you have questions you can always go up to them in person and ask.

If you have a car, you will most likely be placed on a waitlist for parking since there are not enough spaces for everyone. But, street parking is definitely not too hard to find (unless you usually get home very late). Overall the place is nice, it's not in the most exciting area but it has everything you need and is safe. If you want an apt with a lot of in-unit space then this is a great option for you.

Difficult process getting lease and viewing apartment that I would get. Not great transparency in unit that is promised. Apart from lease process apartment is good and close to campus.

Designed for Students

The apartment complex is designed for students so each floor has its own theme. There’s a game floor, study floor, gym floor, conference floor and a rooftop patio with nice furniture. The roof top currently is not accessible, which is a bummer. There complex has an outdoor yard for barbecuing and suntanning. There’s free on street parking but it is first-come first-serve. Each individual in an apartment unit has his/her own lease that is independent of the other apartment mates. So rent and electricity is paid on an individual basis which is very neat.
