Above Downtown Miami lies Edgewater, a neighborhood that’s great for students looking for an easy commute to the University of Miami. With under 30 minutes in commute time to U Miami, Edgewater is a great option to live nearby. A popular spot in the area is Wynwood Walls. Here, there are street murals made by artists from around the world, put out on display. There are also plenty of great restaurants and bars that are highly rated by the locals.

Close to Miami Beach, downtown, brickell, midtown and wynwood. Coral Gables, Little Havana and Coconut grove is also a short drive away. Lots of great restaurants, an amazing dog-friendly park, and just beautiful area in general.
